Cancellation & Returns

For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile.please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement as unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its original packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a return request.

A return request can be generated by your call. Although we take necessary steps to assure the correct product is delivered, if we delivered the wrong item, please raise a return request by calling or emailing us with your order number and attached the invoice  within 3 days from delivery and we will arrange to replace it with the correct product.

Warranty Issues

In the event that your purchase malfunctions under warranty (warranty period explicitly specified), please send us an email at online@misar.ae with images and description of the problem and our team will assist you with repairs or replacement. Please note that the prerogative to repair or replace is ours. We are always available to assist our valued clients.
