Delivery of Orders

Misar  prides itself to have tied up with suppliers who maintain stock of their products. The typical dispatch time is 2-7 working days within the U.A.E. (we presently accept orders from UAE clients/buyers only). A delivery charge, if applicable, will be presented to you on the checkout page.

If we find the delivery time will take more than 7 working days, we will contact you with a new dispatch time. At that point, if the new delivery time is acceptable to you, We will process the order or you can choose to cancel the order and get your money refunded in the mode of payment it was received by us within 15 days from your request. We are constantly working to reduce the delivery time with our vendors and will update this page as and when this happens. We will also update this on our social networking profiles so do subscribe to our channels.

Our shipping and delivery is done mostly by our in house professional couriers services, this is a tested model for us, as the products we deal in vary in terms of sizing and availability, having our own logistics system allows us to be flexible in order to reduce the turnaround time for all our orders. Transit time for orders are not more than 2 working days. Delivery on orders more than 100 aed are free. However, there is a charge of 20 aed for orders below 100 aed and there is no limitation on the minimum order value.

Our order cut off time for any working day is 6 pm. Orders received after 6 pm uae local time will be considered in the next working days order process. We are currently only available in the uae. Which means all our sales will only be accepted for orders in uae only. All transactions are also dealt in uae currency (aed) only our products are sourced internationally.
