The DJR185 is a small reciprocating saw for light applications. Its special features include compact size and design that offer access to tight places and enable single-handed operation. The tool only weighs 1.8 kg, including battery, and is 392 mm in length. The tool accepts both reciprocating saw and jigsaw bits.
The tool has two operating switches: a traditional trigger switch on the handle for two-handed use, and a longer switch under the machine to enable single-handed use. Variable speed control, stroke rate of 0–3,000 spm and stroke length of 13 mm. The tool is equipped with an LED job light.
